Go to [Shoplive Admin → Shorts → Create Short-form → Import from Instagram]
Connect your Instagram account (Business/Creator accounts only)
Select the Reels you want (multi-select supported)
Click “Create Short-form”
To import from YouTube:
Go to [Shoplive Admin → Shorts → Create Shortform → Import from YouTube]
Paste the YouTube Shorts URL
Click “Import”
