On Friday, October 2, Shoplive hosts VIDEO COMMERCE SUMMIT 2026 at SKY31 in Lotte World Tower, Seoul. The sessions are only part of it. Seven demo booths open in the venue lounge: five from Shoplive and two from partners. You can try the features you just heard about on stage and ask the people who run them how they'd fit your business. Shoplive's live commerce, short-form and AI tools sit next to partner services for CRM and influencer marketing, all in one room.

We asked each booth host what they're bringing.

Booth 1. Shoplive Live Plus+: Live for Every Viewer, Anytime, Anywhere

See your live stream, and every viewer reaction, at a glance

This booth brings together the features that let operators see what viewers are doing while a stream is on air. The demo runs the broadcast screen and the operator console side by side.

Q. What can visitors see at the Live Plus+ booth?
“Ultra-low-latency live streaming over WebRTC, with under one second of delay. On top of that, you can try AI-powered real-time captions and translation, chat moderation, and real-time alerts for viewer activity.”

Q. Is there one moment visitors shouldn't miss?
“Watch the console when a viewer buys something. The purchase amount shows up in real time. And try the ultra-low-latency stream yourself: with WebRTC, the delay between the venue and the viewer drops below one second.”

Q. Who would you especially recommend it to?
“Anyone who cares about how live a live stream feels, anyone who wants to sell to global audiences, and anyone who wants to check purchase data as it happens.”

Booth 2. Shoplive Shortform: One Live Stream, Reborn as Short-Form

Make short-form video quickly, and show it wherever you want
We walk through the whole process: taking raw live footage, editing it in the video editor, and publishing it as short-form on your own online store. You'll also see the finished clips go live on our demo store (shoplivedemo.com).

Q. What's the main idea of this booth?
Selling from a live stream again after it ends. We cut a one- to two-hour live recording into short clips, tag products to them, and place them across the online store. The point is to show how that footage keeps driving sales long after the broadcast.

Q. Where do the short-form clips usually go?
Inside the brand's own online store. On the home page they can run as a short-form collection or as stories, and on product pages as a preview or a feed, so each spot gets its own format. Setup is one line of script, and the player follows the brand's theme.

Q. What do you think will get the biggest reaction?
The moment a past live video turns into short-form cards right in front of you and those cards appear on the store. Plenty of brands leave old streams sitting as replays, so we expect that to start a lot of conversations. We'll also have visitors tap a product card on their own phone and follow it all the way to the checkout page.

Booth 3. Shoplive AI Creative Studio: One URL Is All It Takes to Make an Ad

Ad videos made by AI, from planning and copy to the finished video

AI works with you from the moment you start thinking about what ad to make until a finished video comes out. Paste in a product URL, and it goes from the ad plan and copy all the way to the video.

Q. What can visitors try at the AI Creative Studio booth?
"The whole process of turning one product URL into an ad video. The AI first proposes what kind of ad to make, then writes the copy and finishes the video. You can see results for product URLs from a range of categories."

Q. Who would you recommend it to?
"Marketers who never have enough ad creative. If every new asset has meant starting over from the planning stage, you'll see that first step change."

Booth 4. Shoplive AI Chatbot: AI Answers Customer Questions Instantly

Live commerce MDs, the Shoplive AI chatbot can take over your comment duty

When questions pour in during a live stream, the AI answers right away. It prepares likely questions and answers in advance from materials you already have, such as the cue sheet and product pages, then uses those answers once the broadcast starts. The booth also demos an avatar that reads the answers out loud.

Q. How is Shoplive AI Chatbot different from a typical chatbot?
The biggest worry with an AI chatbot is a wrong answer going out. The Shoplive chatbot prepares its answers ahead of time from the information we collect and the materials you upload, so it shuts down the chance of a wrong answer going out in real time from the start.

Q. What's the highlight of the booth?
The chatbot doesn't just post replies. Daramzzi, our AI host, reads the answers out loud in real time. Bring your phone!

Booth 5. Shoplive Multi-Host: Live, Made Together

Go live with several hosts at once, wherever and whenever they are

Try running a live stream from a single phone and broadcasting together with a host in another location using the Multi-Host feature.

Q. What does the Multi-Host booth show?
"We run a real multi-host broadcast on two phones. One person starts the stream and invites another host, and someone in a different place joins the same screen. Besides showing that process, we've set things up so visitors can join a multi-host broadcast themselves."

Q. What kind of brand is it a good fit for?
"Brands that have wanted to try collaborative broadcasts but kept putting them off because schedules and locations never lined up. Store staff can join from the store, head office from the office, and influencers from wherever they are, all in one broadcast with just a phone. No studio or extra gear is needed, so plans you shelved because of the prep work are worth another look."

Q. A word for booth visitors?
"This is a feature that's hard to get a feel for from a description. Come by and we'll help you join a multi-host broadcast yourself. Even a short try will help you judge what it takes to run in practice and whether it fits your brand. You don't need to prepare anything. Just stop by on your way!"

Booth 6. V-AD VCRM: Live Commerce CRM, Now Powered by AI

Add a live stream link, and CRM messages go out automatically

VCRM is a commerce CRM platform that automates KakaoTalk notification and brand messages (KakaoTalk is Korea's dominant messaging app) and LINE messages from one console. You can design and send message scenarios that turn live viewers into buyers and buyers into repeat customers, without writing code. (Booth host: Junyoung Na, CEO)

Q. What is VCRM?
"It's a CRM automation platform built for live commerce. You can send KakaoTalk notification and brand messages and LINE messages from one console. Add a live stream link, and messages go out automatically, from pre-show reminders to post-show purchase nudges."

Q. Why does live commerce need CRM?
"With live streams, the connection with viewers tends to drop the moment the broadcast ends. One broadcast only turns into repeat sales if you send the right message to each person: people who left items in their cart, first-time buyers, and people who are due to buy again."

Q. What can visitors try at the booth?
"You can build abandoned-cart, purchase confirmation and repurchase scenarios yourself on the actual setup screen. You'll see a scenario come together in a few clicks, no code needed."

Booth 7. LIVENOW: Influencer Marketing Is More Than Booking

Take performance-based influencer marketing into live commerce

LIVENOW designs and runs the services each client needs, from influencer marketing matched to their goals and situation to on-site technical support. At the booth, you can see real influencer marketing cases. (Booth host: Sungjae Kim, CEO)

Q: How are influencers selected?
"Not by follower count. We look at recent content views and reach, and how well they fit the brand and product. We also check for fake followers and how much of their content is sponsored, so we only match influencers whose audiences actually respond."

Q: How far ahead of the live stream should we start?
"Finding and confirming influencers, shipping products, writing the content guide and producing the content takes about three to four weeks. To leave room in the schedule, we recommend reaching out at least a month before the planned live date."

Q: Do people really come from influencer content into the live stream?
"We don't stop at publishing content. Influencer content goes up three days before the live, story links run three to four hours before it starts on the day, and DMs and comments go out right before it opens. That three-step, repeated exposure keeps real-time traffic flowing."
